Chelmsford BJJ Comp

Well done to Jay Provan at the BJJ Chelmsford open. Bronze in No-Gi but had to drop down two age categories and silver in Gi again fighting the youngsters. Sorry for late post, didn't realise Jay had sent me pics in Whatsapp ! Back in the day used to have to wait 14 days after taking roll of film to Boots
